• Do not immerse handpieces or handpiece adapter in ultrasonic bath.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Point of Use:
Remove excess soil with disposable cloth or paper.
Containment and Transportation:
Protect instruments from damage. Instruments should be reprocessed as soon as is reasonably
practical following use. Instruments left standing wet may stain or corrode.
Preparation for decontamination:
Remove excess powder from the air polishing or air polishing/scaling handpieces by inserting the
applicable cleaning wire(s) provided with your system or handpiece into the powder ports and moving
the wire back and forth several times. Remove wire for cleaning and sterilization.
Cleaning: automated
Reservoir bottles can be washed in a dishwasher.
Cleaning: manual
• Rinse all instruments under running water to remove any gross debris.
• Wipe sterilizable handpieces, reservoir bottles and storage caps, blue interface caps and sip tubes
