All safety messages will fotlow the safety alert symbol and either the word DANGER or WARNING.

indicates a hazardous situation which, if not

A WARNING:
indicates a hazardous situation which, if not avoided, could result in death or serious injury.

hazard is, tell you how to reduce the chance of injury, and

* Do not instaff a clothes dryer with flexible plastlc venting
materials,
ff a flexlble metal (foil type) duct is instaffed,
it must be of a specific type identified by the appffance
manufacturer
as sultable for use with clothes dryers.
Flexible venting
materlals
are known to collapse, be easlly crushed, and trap llnt. These conditions wlll obstruct
clothes dryer airflow and increase the risk of fire.
* Do not store or use gasoffne or other flammable
vapors and ffquids in the vicinity
of this appffance
or any
other appffances.
* Installation
and service must be performed
by a quafffied instaffer, service agency, or the gas suppffer.
* Install the clothes dryer according
to the manufacturer's
instructions and local codes.
WHAT TO DO IF YOU SMELL GAS:
1. Do not try to fight a match or cigarette, or turn on any gas or electrlcal appffance.
2. Do not touch any electrlcal switches. Do not use any phones in your buildlng.
3. Clear the room, buiJdlng, or area of all occupants.
4. Immedlateiy
call your gas suppller from a neighbor's phone. Carefully follow
the gas suppller's instructions.
5. ff you cannot reach your gas suppller, call the fire department.
