SBH301 with the hand-held
nutrunner system
The hand-held nutrunner box is isolated by
the nutrunner's start switch. The SBH301
cannot be integrated into a superior emer-
gency stop circuit.
Only the stationary tightening spin-
dles are stopped by disconnecting
the emergency stop on the VM300
when using the SEH3x2 hand-held
nutrunner controller in a BT300 or
the SB301 and SB305 system
boxes mixed with stationary tight-
ening channels. The hand-held nu-
trunners remain active!
5.6
Final Inspection
Prior to initial switching-on of the system you
should ensure that all cards are fully inserted
and secured with the knurled bolts.
All access lines are to be inspected to make
sure that they are securely positioned.
Emergency stop circuits must be
tested for functionality before start-
ing up the tightening system!
5.7
Commissioning
The configuration, programming and parame-
terization of the tightening processes is via
the 300 - BS300 Operating System.
