4 Mounting Instruction
It is highly dangerous not to pro-
vide sufficient emergency stop
equipment!
Emergency stop equipment must
remain effective and available dur-
ing all types of system operation.
When unlocking the emergency
stop equipment, under no circum-
stances is this to lead to an uncon-
trolled emergency restart of the
system! Check the emergency
stop components before switching
on the system!
Electrically damaged components
pose a health risk!
Do not destroy any installed com-
ponents. Damaged components
must be disposed of correctly.
Please observe the instructions
and regulations that are specific to
the system and the site and ensure
that all tools, lifting and transport
equipment are used as intended.
The standards, instructions and
accident prevention regulations
must be observed as well.
DANGEROUS ELECTRIC
VOLTAGES
Unless otherwise stated, mainte-
nance may only be carried out with
the system in the off state! It is im-
portant to ensure that the system
is not switched on accidentally or
without authorization.
If measuring or testing work needs
to be conducted on the active sys-
tem, then these are to be carried
out by qualified electricians.
If the system boxes are integrated
into the tightening station during
transport, please use an appropri-
ate transport safety device that
lightens the suspension load.

Mounting Instruction
System boxes can either be secured to walls
or frames with the mounting brackets posi-
tioned at the rear, or they can be mounted on
their removable base. The system boxes are
to be mounted horizontally. The system can
also be arranged next to each other for con-
structing multi-channel tightening systems.
The boxes may not be mounted on top of
each other.
The air holes provided for cooling
the system boxes must always be
kept free from obstructions.
The lifting equipment as well as the
system boxes' mounting hardware
must be set up according to the
weight of the boxes (see chap. 1
"Technical Data").
Two M8, DIN580 lifting screws are
provided with the SBH301, and
four lifting screws are provided
with the SB305 for assembling.
