Exchanging the Wiper Rings
NOTICE
There must be no nicks or scratches on the internal
surfaces.
Remove the four screws (1) from the cover disk us-
ing an socket wrench (3 mm A/F).
Remove the cover disk (2).
Remove the wiper ring (4) carefully with a small
screwdriver or similar tool.
Insert the new wiper ring (4) (part no.: 6530621) with
the lip side to the top.
Replace the O-ring (3).
Screw the cover disk (2) on the piston guide.

NOTICE
Tighten the screws (1) crosswise with low but sufficient
energy.
Exchanging the Burst Disk
To exchange the burst disk (part no.: T52160) use the
special tool (part no.: 6530986) and a torque wrench
with 3/8" square drive.
Remove the old burst disk (1).
Make sure that the internal sealing surface of the
block bore is clean.
Carefully insert the new burst disk and tighten to
a torque of 20 Nm.
Exchanging the Cartridge Check Valves
Remove the valve plugs (3) using a socket wrench

Exchanging the Pressure Gauges
To change the pressure gauges use an open-end
wrench (14 mm A/F).
If necessary, insert a new copper sealing ring G1/4
(part no.: 6526758).
