6 - Achievements measurements of pulse width
Turn on the connection to the probe connector accessories Ziptec.
Position the switch on Pulse function.
Press until the screen measuring pulse width ( ).
Connect the black clamp to a grounding point, as the negative pole of the vehicle
battery.
Touch the probe Ziptec the wire or terminal to be measured and to keep in touch.
The value of the pulse width of the signal is shown in milliseconds. Also note that
the bar graph is shown.
This function can be used for measuring time injection injector valves that are not
triggered by signals CHOPPER. In these cases, the activation time can be
determined using the oscilloscope.
Note: The trigger level for measuring pulse width is 5V.
