EMORY
You may store data in the eight memory buttons or the Phone Book
Directory (up to 99 memories). The Phone Book and each memory button
stores up to 21 characters and 32 digits.
Each of the eight memory buttons has the capability of storing two
separate telephone numbers. Each memory button accesses an upper and
a lower memory location. The LOWER button accesses the numbers stored
in the lower memory locations.

1. Press the STORE button. ENTER NUMBER shows in the display.
2. Use the touch tone pad on your telephone to enter the telephone number
you want to store (up to 32 digits). The number you enter shows in the
display. You will not see a blinking digit (cursor) as you enter the digits.
NOTE: If you make a mistake, use the REVIEW up and down arrow button to
move the cursor to the incorrect digit, enter the correct digit or press the
CLEAR button to delete.
NOTE: If you don't see a blinking digit (cursor), it means that you may add a
digit to the end of the number.
3. Press SELECT. ENTER NAME is displayed.
4. Use the touch tone pad on your telephone to enter the name.
More than one letter is stored in each of the number keys. For example,
to enter Bill Smith, press the 2 key twice for the letter B. Press the 4 key
3 times for the letter I. Press the 5 key 3 times for the letter L. Wait for 5
seconds. Press the 5 key 3 times for the second letter L, and press the 1
key to insert a space between the first and last name. Press the 7 key 4
times for the letter S; press the 6 key once for the letter M; press the 4
key 3 times for the letter I; press the 8 key for the letter T; press the 4 key
twice for the letter H.
NOTE: If you make a mistake, use the REVIEW up and down arrow button to
move the cursor to the incorrect letter, enter the correct letter or press the
CLEAR button to delete.
