IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed.
PLEASE READ AND SAVE ALL
INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING THE
PROFESSIONAL SALAD CHEF.
KEEP AWAY FROM WATER!
1. To protect against electrical shock, do not immerse power cord or plug in
water or any other liquid. This is an electrical appliance. To avoid the risk of
electrical shock or serious personal injury, always operate with dry hands.
2. Never leave the salad chef connected to the power outlet when not in use.
3. Never pull the power cord to remove from outlet.
4. Do not use the salad chef for other than intended use. Do not use outdoors.
For household use only.
5. Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is being used by or near
children. This salad chef is not intended for use by persons (including children)
with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience
and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction
concerning the use of the salad chef by a person responsible for their safety.
6. Unplug the salad chef from the electrical outlet when not in use, before
cleaning, and before putting on or taking off the attachments.
7. If salad chef stops due to improper operation or if there is excessive noise,
turn power off, unplug from electrical outlet. DO NOT open the main base to
repair. Return appliance to the nearest authorized service facility for
examination, repair or electrical or mechanical adjustment.
8. Do not operate the salad chef with a damaged power cord or plug or after the
appliance malfunctions or is dropped or damaged in any manner.
9. Do not let the power cord hang over the edge of a table or counter or touch
any hot surface.
10. Always operate your salad chef on a flat, dry, stable surface.
11. The use of accessory attachments not recommended by the manufacturer
may result in fire, electrical shock, or risk of injury.
