Before first use

1. Unpack the Professional Salad Chef from the box. Do not plug in the salad
chef until assembly is complete.
2. Before assembling, make sure all parts are available. Check the parts list
with the packaging contents.
3. Remove any unwanted packaging materials such as cardboard, plastics or
styrofoam.
4. Wipe clean all the parts with a soft damp cloth or sponge and warm water.
Rinse and dry thoroughly. DO NOT IMMERSE THE PROFESSIONAL SALAD
CHEF BASE IN WATER OR ANY OTHER LIQUID.
5. Using a damp cloth or sponge, wipe the motor base.
DO NOT USE ANY ABRASIVE MATERIAL TO CLEAN THE SURFACE
DO NOT IMMERSE THE SALAD CHEF BASE INTO WATER AT ANY TIME
NOTE: SEE PAGES 9 AND 10 FOR INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO PROPERLY
ASSEMBLE THE ATTACHMENTS.
