mango

Ingredients

Whole wheat bread
60 g
Butter
250 g
Sliced smoked chicken ham

Medium-sized ripe mango (peeled
and sliced)
3–4 tbsp
Whole egg mayonnaise
1 dash
Basil
1 dash
Freshly ground pepper (black)
Preparation
Heat up the product to heat level MAX .
Lightly spread bread with butter .
Arrange chicken ham on half the bread, and
place mango slices over chicken ham . Spoon
mayonnaise over the mango and scatter with
basil leaves . Season with pepper .
Top with remaining bread .
Place on preheated lower hotplate
