Low fat cream cheese

Granulated sugar
¼ tsp
Pure vanilla extract
2 tbsp
Raisins
4 tsp
Softened butter (unsalted)
4 slices
Cinnamon swirl toasting bread
(optional)
Powdered sugar for sprinkling
Preparation
Preheat the product to heat level range c or

Put cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and raisins
into a small bowl and stir to combine .
Butter 4 bread slices on one side with butter
and place the buttered side down . Spread
2 slices with sweetened cream cheese/raisin
mixture . Top with remaining bread, buttered
side up, and press together lightly .
Place on preheated lower hotplate

Wait for about 4 minutes until the paninis are
toasted golden brown and filling is warm .
Let stand 3 to 5 minutes on a rack before

Smoked salmon

Preparation
Preheat the product to heat level range c or

Spread the bagel bottom halves bagels with
cream cheese .
Place smoked salmon slices on top .
Garnish the shallots between the 4 bagels .
Sprinkle over capers and squeeze with lemon
juice . Season with pepper and place upper
bagel halves on top .
Place on preheated lower hotplate

Wait for about 4 minutes until the paninis are
toasted golden brown . Remove the paninis
