case the air exits the dryer cabinet from the condenser grilles instead
from the fan grille - see par. 8.6 and 8.7 for correct air fl ow); immediately
invert two phases.
d) Wait 5 minutes, then slowly & partially open the inlet valve. Let the
dryer reach line pressure before fully opening the inlet valve.
e) Once the dryer is at line pressure and the inlet valve is completely
open, slowly open the air outlet valve; the dryer is now drying.
Phases Monitor
If appears to display the alarm "phase monitor ", during the start up of
the dryer, the user must verify the wiring of the input terminals of the
disconnecting switch of the dryer.
4.3 Operation
a) Always leave the dryer on when the compressor is on and working.
b) The dryer operates automatically , therefore constant fi eld ad-
justment to settings is not required. See section 5 for navigating
controls.
c) In the event of unforeseen excess air fl ows or spikes in moisture
load, by-pass the dryer to avoid overloading it.
d) Avoid inlet air temperature fl uctuations.
4.4 Stop
a) Stop the compressor or the air fl ow through the dryer and wait 2
minutes before shutting down the dryer;
Close the inlet air valve to ensure compressed air does not enter the
dryer when disconnected or if an alarm occurs.
b) Press
to switch off the dryer.
