GUARANTEE ARE APPLICABLE TO THE BAUME & MERCIER
LIMITED WARRANTY IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA AND
CANADA. FAILURE OF ANY OF THESE CONDITIONS VOIDS
ALL WARRANTY RIGHTS. THIS WARRANTY IS THE SOLE AND
EXCLUSIVE REMEDY. BAUME & MERCIER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE
FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
Baume & Mercier does not authorize any distributor or seller
of its products to make any warranties beyond this limited
warranty or to otherwise assume for Baume & Mercier
any obligations or liability in connection with the sale or
distribution of its products. Some States, provinces or
territories do not allow limitations on how long an implied
warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental
or consequential damages, so the above limitations or
exclusions may not apply to you.

Service Center or Richemont Canada, Inc. at the following
addresses, or as specified above in 'Baume & Mercier service
contacts', in each case using the procedure outlined in 'How

Statutory Rights
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded
under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a
replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation
for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You
are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the
goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not
amount to a major failure.
The Mandatory Statutory Rights apply only to watches sold
in Australia and presented for guarantee intervention in
Australia. The Baume & Mercier (International) Guarantee
gives you further benefits, which are in addition to your
rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If you seek to
rely on your Mandatory Statutory Rights under the Australian
Consumer Law in relation to a defect in goods supplied, you
may be entitled to recover any reasonably foreseeable loss or
damage that results from the defect. This may include the
costs associated with transporting the watch to Richemont
Australia Pty Ltd, an authorized Baume & Mercier boutique,
Baume & Mercier retailer or Baume & Mercier After-Sales
Service Center.
