USING THE OVEN
IMPORTANT: The first time you use the oven, operate it empty and on full power for approximately 1 hour, preferably
leaving the kitchen windows open. When the oven is switched on for the first time, it gives off bad smells due to production
residues such as grease, oil and resin.
- Turn the knob (Pos. A1 and A2 - Fig. 2) clockwise and set the desired temperature.
- The green pilot lights (Pos. B and D) turn on indicating lower and upper resistances.
- When the orange pilot lights (Pos. C and E - Fig. 2) are turned on, they indicate that the thermostat of the lower and upper
resistances is in operation and that oven requires heat; when the cooking chamber reaches the desired temperature that
corresponds to the one set by the knob (Pos. A - Fig. 2) the orange pilot light is turned off and food can be inserted in the
oven to be cooked.
During this phase the door must be completely closed.
- At the end of the cooking, turn the oven off by turning the knob's pointer to " 0 ".
N.B.: A different cooking can be obtained by concentrating the heat in the upper part or in the lower part of the oven. In
this case, rotate the relevant knob.
B = Green pilot light for upper resistances in operation
C = Yellow pilot light for thermostat upper resistances
D = Green pilot light for lower resistances in operation
E = Yellow pilot light for thermostat lower resistances
