ELECTRIC PLATES
The electric plate is treated with protective paint. The first time you use it, we recommend that before starting cooking you
turn the knob (Fig. 1) onto position 3 and leave it on for approximately 5 minutes, then follow the instructions.
The optimum kind of pan has a totally flat or slightly concave bottom so that, during heating, it adheres to the surface of the
plate completely. This permits excellent heat transfer from the plate to the pan.
We recommend using containers with a similar diameter to that of the electric plate.
Do not place any kind of kitchenware or lids on the plates.
When the plate is on and has no pan on it or has an unsuitable one (e.g., small diameter or poor quality), a thermostat device
prevents it from overheating by limiting the power.
IMPORTANT NOTES
When switching on the first time or anyhow after a lengthy period when it has not been used, in order to eliminate any moisture
that has been absorbed, it is necessary to dry it out by switching on the plate for 30 minutes with the switch on position 1.
- Dry the bottom of the pan before putting it on the plate.
- Switch on the plate only after putting the pan on it.

USING THE ELECTRIC PLATES
The control control subdivided into seven positions controls the electric plate and regulates the power.
To switch on the plate, turn the knob (Fig. 1 Pos. 1) from "0" onto the required position (see table below), the green indicator
light (Fig. 1 Pos. 2)automatically comes on to show it is in operation.
