f) AC/DC measuring
Never try to measure current in a circuit with the circuit voltage opened.
While measuring, if the fuse blows, the meter can be damaged.
Please, use the testing leads correctly.
When testing leads are connected to current terminals, do not place any
circuit in parallel.
Current measuring has 3 positions in the selector switch: μA / mA / A
- μA range is 400μA and 4000μA, in auto range
- mA range is 40 mA and 400mA, in auto range
- A range is 4A and 10A, in auto range
To measure current, follow these steps:
1. Turn the circuit off. Discharge all high voltage
capacitors.
2. Plug red testing lead into μAmA°C or 10A and
black testing lead into COM.
