4. Outside housing, grasp accessory cover close to
"hinge".
5. Gently pull accessory cover away from housing.
To Install Accessory Cover:
1. Insert hinge tab into rectangular opening in
housing so accessory cover is flush with
housing. (Figure 3-12)
2. Inside housing, press on hinge tab until seated
in housing.
3. Press on accessory cover until flush.
To Remove Switch Lever:
1. Insert thin flat instrument between top of
switch lever and housing.
2. Gently pry top of switch lever away from
housing until "X-shaped" tab clears hole in
housing (Figure 3-13).

3. Gently pull lever toward top of housing to
release lever tabs.
To Install Switch Lever:
1. Align black monitor pad holes with housing
pins and insert.
2. Insert switch lever tabs through monitor pad
holes into housing (Figure 3-13).
3. Gently pull down to engage tabs.
4. Press firmly but gently on opposite end of lever
until "X-shaped" tab snaps in place.

Battery Cover Latches
To Remove Battery Cover Latches:
1. Slide battery cover latches toward open end of
housing into lock position (Figure 3-14).

2. Slide battery cover latches through "lock"
position out of latch guides.
To Install Battery Cover Latches:
1. Align battery cover latches with latch guides so
orange stripe is toward opening in housing.
2. Press into place through "lock" position to
"open" position.
