5. Gently separate control top from main board.

Microphone Assembly
To Remove Microphone Assembly:
1. Remove speaker (see Speaker section).
2. Place blunt, flat instrument under microphone
boot.
3. Lift microphone assembly away from control
top.
To Install Microphone Assembly:
NOTE:
Installation of the microphone assembly
needs to be done before the speaker is
installed.
1. Seat microphone assembly in control top. Note
key feature.
2. Insert microphone plug into main board
microphone Jack (Figure 3-10).
Speaker
To Remove Speaker:
1. Lift speaker away from control top.
2. Guide speaker wires through hole in control
top.
To Install Speaker:
1. Place speaker foam ring around the magnet on
the speaker.
2. Guide speaker wires through hole at the eleven
o'clock position in control top.

Seat speaker with magnet centered in the control
top hole.
Insert speaker plug into main board speaker jack
(Figure 3-11).

Control Top Gasket
1. Grasp orange gasket, Figure 3-11, in middle of
rear side of control top.
2. Gently pull gasket away from control top.
Accessory Dust Cover
To Remove Accessory Dust Cover:
1. Remove chassis.
2. Open accessory cover to expose jack aperture.
3. Inside housing, gently lift rectangular accessory
cover hinge tab away from housing
(Figure 3-12).
