Functionality

Temperature Blast Chilling cycle

Select blast chilling cycle by pressing key
the led lights and
shows
into the product. Start the cycle by pressing the
key.
On the display time decreasing starting from 90'
can be seen. During the blast chilling cycle by
pressing key temperature detected by the
core probe can be visualized; by pressing that
same key for 5 seconds temperature detected by
chamber probe can be visualized.
If message can be seen on
the display (alternated to the time value) that
means that at the end of maximum 90', the
product temperature is not less than set +3°C.

As soon as product temperature is lower than
+3°C the blast chilling cycle is considered as
completed and a preserving cycle is automatically
started: the
display, an intermittent sound and switch-on of
LED confirm the correct conclusion of the
cycle.
The appearance
messages on the display, indicates the end of the
cycle beyond the maximum 90' time. Press
to detect the effective time taken. By pressing
key temperature detected by chamber probe
can be visualized.
Press to conclude the preservation cycle.
