FAULTS
8.1 THE BOOSTER

11. SPARE PARTS
All spare parts must be ordered through SALMSON Customer
Services.
In order to avoid any mistakes, please specify the name plate data
for orders.

CAUSES
a) Set the circuit breaker.
b) Check every phase.
c) Check the network.
a) Check the voltage selection (230/400V).
b) Replace the fuses.
a) Check the motor consumption and set correctly the current protection
potentiometer.
b) Check phase order.
c) Repair or replace the motor.
d) Check the motor wiring or the winding continuity.
a) Check that the valves of all the pumps are open.
b) Check that the pressure switch is fitted with a Normally Open Contact.
c) Check that the float switch is fitted with a Normally Open Contact.
a) Check that the valves of all the pumps are open.
b) Replace the transmitter.
a) Check the defective pump.
a) Check the wiring.
b) Replace the transmitter cable.
c) Replace the transmitter.
a) Set the main delay setting.
b) Review settings of PLo and PHi values.
