Sets Phase Jitter start offset. Need to specify the unit.
Example: meas:jitter:stoffs_0_khz
Returns Phase Jitter stop offset.
Example: 50 khz
Sets Phase Jitter stop offset. Need to specify the unit.
Example: meas:jitter:stpoffs_50_khz
Returns Phase Jitter phase result in radian.
Example: 1.234 rad
Returns Phase Jitter time result in pico second.
Example: 1.234 psec
Turns On limit line.
Parameter: 0 (low limit line), 1 (high limit line)
