Arrow key, and Scroll knob.

0,0kHz ~ 3,0GHz (Start Frequency ≤ Stop Frequency)
* Arrow key and Scroll knob resolution: Step value.
Note Center frequency/span automatically change according to start/stop
frequency settings, and vice versa.
