Background
Phase Jitter refers to the amount of phase fluctuation that leads to
shortening or lengthening the Center frequency.
Parameter
Start offset: Beginning frequency offset in reference to the center
frequency.
0.0MHz ~ ½ of Span, 0.1MHz resolution.
Stop offset: End frequency offset in reference to the center
frequency.
0.0MHz ~ ½ de Span, 0.1MHz resolution.
