6.1.5. Machine On / Off
To connect and disconnect the equipment, it is necessary to
keep the key shown above pressed for 3 seconds.
To connect and disconnect the machine, the key shown above
has to be pressed for 3 seconds.
Disconnection of the machine does not take place physically,
but logically, making it a fictitious switching off of the machine.

In no case does this replace any main switch the machine may
have.
During disconnection of the machine, this display appears:

In these conditions, all function keys and machine outlets will
be deactivated. To connect the machine in these conditions,
all you have to do is hold down the <I/O> key for 3 seconds,
which will take you to the main display on idle.
If the key is pressed while a program is being executed, its
execution will be cancelled.
