In this operating mode, the FC95LC electronic control only
acts in the fermentation cycle. This operating mode is also
known as direct fermentation.
To control this cycle, you can define a fermentation temperatu-
re, duration of the fermentation phase and %RH.
Selection Mode:

The following message appears on the display:
