The programmed default values can be displayed in any wor-
king mode. To do this, the following process is carried out.
Press the <i> key on the display to view the messages corres-
ponding to the programmed values.
If the <i> key is pressed repeatedly, all parameters are viewed
on the display in the same order as they were programmed.
The information remains on the display for 10 seconds from the
last time it is pressed, returning to the normal function display
once this time has ended or by pressing the < Enter > key.
Once the product has completed the fermentation phase the
user may wish to delay it in order make use of the product
according to baking requirements.
To do this, when the operating mode is selected as controlled
or direct fermentation, the sleep function is automatically ac-
tivated.
However, when the < SLEEP > key (7) is pressed, this function
can be deactivated.
During the fermentation process, the function can be activated
or deactivated as required, this being indicated on the display
through the last segment of the process curve. See figure.
In this phase, the temperature, time and humidity settings have
been previously programmed by the SALVA INDUSTRIAL SAT
Once fermentation is completed, the following message
appears on the display:
FERMENTED
PRODUCT
LETHARGYO PHASE
In these conditions, if the maximum time set by the SAT for
this phase runs out without the user having pressed the key
again, the machine continues in the SLEEP phase, until the
function is cancelled but the following message appears on
the LCD display:
