21. WARRANTY
Active S.r.l. warrants this product for 1 YEAR from the date of purchase regularly registered in a space
dedicated to the buyer. The warranty applies to any defect of production or material. The warranty
covers the replacement of the parts. The warranty is extended to 2 years in case the purchase has been
made for a private user (through simple receipt).
The warranty doesn't cover not the Manpower, not the compensation for the asset not even the transport
freight which are completely at the customer charge. Are excluded from the warranty all the consumable
parts due to the usage of the machine and to its work: blades, cable, flexible cable, switches and
connectors.
This warranty will be completely cancelled when:
The Instructions of usage, safety and maintenance advised by the manufacturer are not followed.

When the use of the machine do not correspond to the one for which it has been built.

The failures are caused by a wrong or improper use of the pruner.

The repair or maintenance is carried out by staff non authorised by the manufacturer.

If you use not original spare parts.

The defect found is the reason of a bad maintenance or due to an improper usage of the user.

IMPORTANT
This warranty will be applied only if the buyer fills the Warranty form in all its pat indicating the serial
number of the machine, the date of the purchase (correspondent to the sale document) and the stamp of
the reseller and he ship it at the moment of purchase with enclosed a copy of the sale document.
The buyer will have to store up a copy of the sale document (simple receipt or invoice) and the Warranty
form shipped: a copy of these documents will be delivered to the reseller or an Authorised Reparation
together with a machine to repair.
In the absence of these documents the machine will in any case be considered out of warranty.
