1. INTRODUCTION
Dear Customer, we thank you for having decided to use our Electronic Pruner LION-CUT,
manufactured by our company. Like all our products also this item has been subjected to precise and
severe tests which will guarantee its usage for many years. A diffused service of original spare parts will
allow you to effect repairs indefinitely.
2. FIELD OF USAGE
Our Electronic Pruner LION-CUT has been designed exclusively for a professional pruning of every type of
cultivation, specially for vineyards, fruit trees, olive trees, in gardening and urban pruning.
The machine must be used by professional staff only, properly learned and informed about its
characteristics and on its correct usage. The user has to have previously read and understood the current
manual instruction in all its part.
The user has always to wear Personal Protective Equipment indicated in the current manual instruction.
A non-correct usage of the machine, the user may run into danger situations and he may cause damages
to the Pruner.
The Pruner LION CUT has been designed to make the standard jobs made by manual
scissors, not with saws, not even with branch lopping double hand or other cutting machines
like electric saws, motor saws etc.

DESCRIPTION OF THE MANUAL

The current manual has been achieved in conformity to the indications contained in the enclosure of the
Machinery Directive 2006/42/CE and following modifications and integrations and it is integral and
essential part of the machine. The current manual must be preserved next to the machine during all its
life from the initial testing up to the end of its life.
The Instruction Manual must be read and understood in all its part before starting using the machine.
The aim of the current manual instruction is:
To describe the working and the terms of usage of the machine.

Showing the main characteristics of the machine.

To supply instructions about the usage of the machine.

To point out the potential risks and/or possible dangerous situations.

To supply instructions about the maintenance and repairs.

To allow the comprehension of possible operative problems and the way how to solve them.

Last but not least to respect the indications contained in the present manual, the usage of
the machine is subjected to the observation of all the safety-rules in force.
4. UE CONFORMITY DECLARATION
The UE conformity Declaration of the machine to the Machinery Directive is enclosed the current manual.

declares under its own responsibility that the machine model LION-CUT is in compliance to the essential
requirements expected by the "Machinery" Directive 2006/42/CE.
The nameplate marked "CE" is positioned onto the machine.
