Counterblade
Horizontal and vertical counterblades shall be
turned over when they show signs of wear.
When both sides have been used, they shall be
replaced.
To remove all counterblades do as follows:
1. Remove the belt guard.
2. Remove the pulley and the bearing from the body.
3. Remove the fixing cover of the body.
4. To access the disk bearing on the other side of the
crusher, remove the bearing protection.
5. Remove the bearing disk assembly set and then
remove from the body of the crusher.

6. Remove the fasteners of the horizontal and
vertical counter knife, after this procedure you
can remove to sharpen or change them if they
are badly worn. Then proceed with the assembly
of all disassembled components, following the
reverse sequence.
Attention!
You could get cut when servicing blades
and counterblades. Whenever cleaning or
servicing, use proper tools and protection
equipment.
Disconnect equipment from power
supply whenever servicing or cleaning.
