Solution
• The caller ID display must be authorized by
your network operator.
• Make sure the network adapter is properly
connected to the base station and the outlet.
• Make sure the telephone cable is properly
connected to the base station and the tel-
ephone base.
• Connect another phone to your plug: If the
device works, your phone is probably faulty.
• Tip: The phone does not work in case of
power failure.
• Make sure the batteries are correctly installed
and loaded. Use only the rechargeable batteries
supplied
Try removing the batteries for 90 seconds, then
put them back in place
• Check that the network adapter of the charg-
ing station is plugged in
