Opening the automated gate system:
In "gatekeeper" mode you can activate the automated gate system while you talk to your visitor by press-
ing and holding down the " #" key for 2 seconds to open your gate (required activation time is about 1 second).
CAUTION ! This function is only valid provided of course that the electronic control unit is powered
by a 12 V or 24 V external source
make sure you do not put batteries in the compartment provided for this purpose.
IMPORTANT : The base station must be powered and the handset identified, otherwise an error message is
displayed.
2 • Call Forwarding Mode (Door Ext.)
When a visitor rings your intercom, the call will be transferred to the programmed telephone number, e.g. GSM.
Assign a call forwarding number:
- In "Menu" select the icon
- Select " external number" confirm with "OK"
- Enter the telephone number
- Confirm with "OK"
To select the "External Call" mode:
- In "Menu" select the icon
- Select "Select Mode", confirm with "OK"
- Select "External Call" confirm with "OK" a beep sounds to confirm change
- " Back" to the main screen
- "Door Ext" appears on the screen.
When your visitor presses the button on the intercom panel, the base station automatically dials the pre-selected
phone number (call forwarded to a land line or mobile phone (GSM)). This function allows you to speak with your
visitor from anywhere on a landline or a mobile phone, and even open the door, by simply answering the call.
CAUTION : At the end of the conversation, press the # key on your phone or mobile to
hang up.
During the conversation a sequence of acoustic "beeps" sound to indicate an interruption of communication. You
can increase the time-out by pressing any button and thus continue the conversation for another 60 seconds.
Opening a door or automated gate system:
When a call is transferred from the door station to another phone, the person in contact with the visitor can open
the door. During the conversation:
- Press "*" then "0" to open a door
- Press "*" then "1" to open an automated system (if the electronic control unit is powered by a 12 to 24 V~ or

source)
