The working fields are obtained on test boilers compliant with EN676 standards and are approximate for burner-boiler coupling.
To ensure correct burner operation, the dimensions of the combustion chamber must comply with current regulations; if
this is not the case, consult the manufacturers. The working fields were obtained in a 20°C temperature environment and
at a barometric pressure of 1013 mbar (approx. 0 m above sea level).
Design CHaraCTerisTiCs
The burner consists of:

Ventilating part in light aluminium alloy.
•
Centrifugal fan for high performances.
•
Intake air conveyor.
•
Combustion head complete with stainless steel nozzle and
steel flame disc.
•
Flame inspection glass
•
Three-phase electric motor to run fan.
•
Air pressure switch to ensure the combustion air presence.
•
Gas train complete with control valve, operating and safety
valves, valve seal control, minimum and maximum pressure
switch, pressure control and gas filter.
•
Automatic burner command and control equipment with
microprocessor (electronic cam) in accordance with European
standard EN298 integrated with valve seal control. Display
showing operating sequence and error code in case of shut-
down.
•
Flame detection through ionisation electrode.
