Contractual warranties
For non-professional use,
and subject to the use and
maintenance being
pliant with the requirements
of the instruction manual
supplied with each lawn-
mower, Outils WOLF – 67165
WISSEMBOURG
offers, in addition to the
statutory warranty, in parti-
cular that covering hidden
and latent defects (Art. 1641
to 1649 of the French Civil
Code) and the guarantee of
conformity of the product
with the contract due by the
vendor to the consumer (Art.
L 211-4 to L 211-14 of the
French Consumer Code), a
contractual warranty:
- of 3 years on your lawn-
mower and an extension up
to 5 years, subject to certain
conditions,
- of 10 years on the cutter hou-
sing (10 years / parts and 3 or
5 years / parts and labour), for
any material or manufacturing
defect in the conditions set out
below.
This warranty is operated
through the network of Outils
WOLF-approved Specialists.
The user's attention is drawn
to the essential recommen-
dations in this instruction
manual provided with each
lawnmower, which it is absolu-
tely indispensable to follow to
ensure the correct operation of
the device and benefit from the
contractual warranty. This war-
ranty is limited to the country of
purchase.

WARRANTY CONDITIONS

NB: When the lawnmower is
used for professional purpo-
ses, the contractual warranty
is limited to the statutory war-
com- ranty.
- The 3-year contractual war-
ranty starting from the date of
purchase of the lawnmower is
granted subject to strict com-

pliance with the indications in
points 1 to 4.
- The 5-year extended war-
ranty starting from the date of
purchase is granted subject
to strict compliance with the
indications in points 1 to 5.
1. The warranty card and start
of use certificate must be com-
pleted by the seller at the time
of purchase.
2. The start of use certificate
must be sent by the user, duly
completed, within 8 clear days
of purchase to Outils WOLF –
Service Garantie – 5 rue de
l'Industrie – BP 80001 – 67165
WISSEMBOURG CEDEX.
3. The lawnmower must be
used in normal conditions of
operation, for non-professional
use. The warranty expressly
excludes lawnmowers used by
landscape firms, local authori-
ties, as well as machines inten-
ded to be rented out or loaned
for free.
4. Your lawnmower must be
used and maintained in accor-
dance with the recommenda-
tions in the instruction manual.
The user must read and follow
the instructions in the section
entitled «For your safety and
that of others».
5. During the 3rd year after
the date of purchase, on top
of the periodic maintenance
recommended, a service of
the lawnmower must be
paid for with an Outils WOLF-
approved Specialist and the bill
for this service must be kept.
The details of the operations in
the obligatory service can be
found in the 5-year extended
warranty table in the instruc-
tion manual.
Any material or manufacturing
defect recognised as such
by Outils WOLF will be repai-
red free of charge (parts and
labour) by Outils WOLF-appro-
ved Specialists, on presenta-
tion of the bottom section of
the warranty card and proof
of purchase. Any costs due to
the immobilisation or transport
of the lawnmower or defective
parts remain payable by the
user.
The repair of the lawnmower
or the replacement of defective
parts relieves Outils WOLF of
any other obligation under the
contractual warranty. It exclu-
des in particular any other
claim of exemption from the
contract of sale.
For all claims under the 3-year
contractual warranty, proof of
purchase may de demanded.
For all claims under the 5-year
extended warranty, the bill for
the obligatory service will be
demanded.
Parts concerned by a claim
under the warranty must be
kept and made available to
Outils WOLF by the Outils
WOLF-approved Specialist
carrying out the repair for a
period of 4 months after the
date of the claim under the
