For non-professional use, Outils WOLF offers, in addition to the statutory warranty, in particular that covering
hidden and latent defects, a contractual warranty of 2 years for any material or manufacturing defect in the
conditions set out below.
It is our duty to draw the user's attention to the essential recommendations in this instruction manual, provided
with each device, which it is absolutely indispensable to follow to ensure the correct operation of the device and
benefit from the 2-year contractual warrant. This warranty is limited to the country of purchase.
NB: When the device is used for professional purposes, the contractual warranty is limited to the statutory warranty.
The 2-year contractual warranty starting from the date of purchase of the machine is granted subject to strict
compliance with the following indications.
1) the warranty card has been completed by the vendor at the time of purchase,
2) the device is used in normal conditions of operation, for non-professional use.
3) the use and maintenance are compliant with the requirements of the instruction manual. The user must read and
follow the instructions in the section entitled "For your safety and that of others".
Any material or manufacturing defect recognised as such by Outils WOLF will be repaired free of charge (parts and
labour) by Outils WOLF-approved Specialists, on presentation of the warranty card.
Transport of the device or parts remains payable by the user.
The repair of the device or the replacement of defective parts relieves Outils WOLF of any other obligation under
the contractual warranty. It excludes in particular any other claim or exemption from the contract of sale.
Outils WOLF accepts no liability, in particular no third party liability for incidents resulting from the use of the
device, in particular a failure to comply with the instructions for use and maintenance.
The 2-year contractual warranty covers all the parts against manufacturing or material defects. This warranty does
not cover the following points:
• normal wear and tear of parts, namely: batteries, seals and membranes, blades and coupling parts, cables and
sheaths, wheel tyres, etc.
• subjective perceptions recognised as without danger to the user and not affecting the quality of the product,
such as noises, vibration, play between parts or other considerations of an aesthetic nature, such as fading and
oxidation due to the conditions of storage and the passage of time.
• damage due to faulty maintenance, the inexperience of the user or incorrect use,
Any dismantling, modification or addition of "non-original" parts including the blades, cancels the warranty
entirely. The same applies even to any damage resulting from the failure to comply with the instructions for use
and maintenance set out in the instruction manual provided with your device.
Outils WOLF reserves the right in any case to decide whether the conditions of application of the 2-year contractual
warranty have been met by the customer.
How to make a claim under the 2-year warranty?
Subject to compliance with the conditions of our warranty:
1) At the time of purchase, have the warranty card enclosed with the instructions completed (date of purchase,
dealer's stamp and signature) and keep it.
2) In the event of a repair under the warranty, contact your Outils WOLF-approved Specialist (list available on
request from Outils WOLF - 5 rue de l'Industrie - BP 80001 - 67165 WISSEMBOURG CEDEX), and take the
warranty card with you.
