USAGE EXAMPLE
CILANTRO AND CARROT SOUP
Ingredients:
1 table spoon of rice
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 thick strip of orange peel (peeled with a vegetable peeler)
A 2 cm piece of peeled ginger
300 g of carrots without leaves cut into pieces
1 small peeled onion cut into four pieces
300 g broth
300 g milk
Black pepper (to taste)
A handful of fresh cilantro
100 g cream
Accessories:
Blades
Directions:
1 - Put the rice, sugar, orange peel and ginger in the work bowl.
2 - Push the "Speed" button and set it on level 9 for 20 seconds.
3 - Add the carrots and onions.
4 - Select CHOP and set the time for 20 seconds.
5 - Put in the broth, milk, pepper and cilantro.
6 - Select SMOOTHIE and let run with the default values.
7 - Select THICK SOUP and let run with the default values.
8 - Add the cream
9 - Push the "Speed" button and set it on level 3 for 15 seconds.
