BUTTERFLY
This accessory is designed for mixing and stirring and keeping food from sticking to the base of
the work bowl and protect it from being cut by the blades. Because of that, it shouldn't be used at
speeds above level 4 (figure 1).
To install it, just insert it into the top of the blades, push down and turn counter-clockwise to prop-
erly secure it (figure 2).

STEAMER ASSEMBLY
The steamer assembly has 3 parts, a small steamer tray, a large steamer tray and a glass cover
that fits both trays (figure 2).
Follow the steps below for installation:
1.- Remove the lid from the stainless steel work bowl (figure 1).
2.- Put the small steamer tray in the work bowl first. Remember to turn the tray to activate the
safety micro-switch and properly secure it to the edge of the work bowl.
3.- Insert the large tray right on top of the small tray and then put the cover on (figure 3).
