6. OPERATION

6.1 MACHINE

1. Lid
To close the tank during the working phases. It can be easily removed for cleaning.
2. Safety Magnet
The safety magnet trips when the lid opens and it stops the machine.
3. Extraction scoop
It is used for serving the gelato into cones and cups.
4. Scoop support
To hold the soop in its correct position during the working and dispensing operations.
5. Water discharge
To extract the washing water from the barrel.
6. Washing tap
To open or close the water shower.
7. Water shower
Equipped with an extractable hose, it helps the operator to carry out the cleaning
operations of the machine.
8. Agitator
To mix the gelato.
9. Scraper blade
Made of non-toxic plastic material, it scrapes the barrel walls, granting an always perfect
product. It can be easily removed for cleaning or for replacement.
