Call configurations

` Click
to access the "SETTINGS" menu.
` Click
to access the configuration menu.
The first time you access the address configuration, key programming and call configuration areas, you will
be asked to enter a password: the default password is 0000 (to set a new password, see page 33 for
instructions).

to display the configurations without the possibility of modifying them.

Call times

Awaiting reply: if a call is not answered within this period of time, it is ended (01:00 by default).
Internal Talk: set the maximum duration of a conversation with an internal unit (01:30 by
default).
External Talk: set the maximum duration of a conversation with an external unit (01:30 by
default).

Call divert

1. If you want to set timed diversion: set "Wait time" (default setting 00:30). The system will not
allow a value greater than the "Awaiting Reply" time to be set.
2. Set the address of the internal unit or switchboard to which you want to divert the call.
3. To activate the respective functions, check "

Activate diversion if engaged" (3b) (only after carrying out instructions 1 and 2).
4. Go back to the home page and click
The red icon indicates that the function is active, while the green icon indicates that the function is not
active.
