16.2. INFUSION HOLDER (ACCESSORIES)

The infusion holder (like the lifting pole) is
surface frame.
The infusion stand is only intended for at-
taching infusions, not for attaching infu-
sion pumps or similar.
Caution! The max. load is 8 kg
(2 kg per hook).
16.3. Patient surface extension (optional)
Variant 1: The patient surface can be
extended by 10 or 20 cm at the foot
end. An additional extension can be
attached to the calf rest.
Caution! The patient surface extensi-
on may only be assembled in the facto-
ry or by authorised specialist personnel!
For divided side guards (type 10), the
foot end distance has to be > 318 mm
or closed with a protector!
Variant 2 with rope extension:
The patient surface of the bed can be
extended by 10 or by 20 cm at the foot
end, without tools. Undo the fastening
by pulling lightly on the yellow rope A
and pulling the foot section out until it
can be heard to lock into the desired
position, with the rope loose. An addi-
tional patient surface extension can be
attached to the calf rest (see variant 1).
Optionally, a telescopic extension B can
be pulled out.
