5. Make sure that the blade aligns correctly with the
skid plate.
6. Tighten the 2 bolts (B) that hold the bearing block
(A).
7. If the blade cannot be aligned by adjustment of the
bearing blocks, loosen the set screws and move the
shaft. Use a hex key.

8. Use Loctite and tighten the set screws with a hex
key.
CAUTION: Make sure that all the hex
screws are tightened with equal torque.
9. Move the belt tensioner and install the drive belt on
the pulley wheel adjacent to the motor.
10. Install the belt guard. Refer to
belt on page 17 .
