Clean the blade and the blade block guard
(every use)
Clean the product
Examine the controls
Examine the skid plate
Examine safety devices. Refer to
vices on the product on page 7
Examine the wheels
Examine the blade
Examine the drive belt
Lubricate the blade shaft bearings
Examine the power cord for damage
To do a general inspection

Make sure that all nuts and screws on the product
are tightened correctly.
To clean the product externally
CAUTION: Always clean the product
immediately after use, before the concrete
becomes dry. Remaining concrete can
cause damage to the product.
1. Remove the blade. Refer to
page 10 .
2. Clean the product with water.
CAUTION: Do not point the water
directly at the motor, especially if you
use a high-pressure washer.
3. Make sure that the handles and levers are clean and
dry before you operate the product.
