Frozen food calendar
Fig. w
(not all models)
The figures next to the symbols indicate
how many months the frozen food can be
stored for. Use by the "best before" date.
Ice block
Place the ice block (if enclosed) in the
freezer compartment and allow it to freeze
solid. If fresh food is placed in the freezer
compartment which already contains
frozen food, place the ice block on the
already frozen food. This prevents the
frozen food from warming up.
If there is no frozen food in the freezer
compartment, place the ice block on
the fresh food which is to be frozen.
This accelerates the freezing process.
Disconnecting the refrigerator and
cool fresh" compartments The ice blocks
can also be used to cool food temporarily,
e.g. in a cold bag.
