21 Troubleshooting Guide

21.1 Messages

Messages provide information on active errors, faults and
recommendations. They are displayed in a dialog window.
► Call up messages by pressing the OK button in the
"Messages" menu, @ 14.4. Recommendations and
active messages also appear in the status screen,
@ 15.2.
► Open the message to display the message code, the time
of occurrence, the priority and the frequency of
occurrence.
Recommendations designated "Low" priority or the
designation "Info" do not require action. Operation of
the robotic mower will continue. They appear in the
status screen alternately with the text "iMow ready for
op."

Possible Cause
– The software has been updated.
– Voltage loss.
– Software or hardware error.
Battery voltage too low.

Faults are designated "Medium" priority and require

operates with its default settings.
