Additional jacks

Connection jack for vibrating pillow and/
or modules
Your telephone is equipped with a connec-
tion jack for a vibrating pillow or other ad-
ditional signaling modules. You can take ad-
vantage of this option to signal an incoming
call not only with a very loud ring and the
very bright flashing light, but also with an
optionally available vibrating pillow and/ or
other module.
In addition to the acoustic ring tone, you can
choose whether you also want incoming calls
to be signaled visually, with vibration or with
both. To select the desired type of signaling,
slide the signal switch (on the back of the tel-
ephone) to one of three possible positions:
- Switch left: Visual with signals via a con-
nected vibrating pillow and/ or module
- Switch in the middle: Signal via a connect-
ed vibrating pillow and/ or module
- Switch right: Visual only
The following optional modules can be con-
nected to the telephone:
- Flash module
- Switch module
- Acoustic module

Headset jack

Standard headset port with a 2.5 mm jack
(for connecting a PL-100/ PL-200, for exam-
ple).

Headphone jack

Headphone output (3.5 mm jack plug) to
connect a headphone, teleloop or similar.

Wall mounting

1. Push the holder for the telephone recei-
ver out of its position and turn it by 180
degrees. Push the holder back into its
original position so that the hook is poin-
ting upwards (see Fig. 2). This prevents
the receiver from falling from the tele-
phone base when the telephone is mount-
ed on the wall.
