Drum spring breakage
The balancer is fitted with a safety device that trips if the drum spring should break; it blocks operation, preventing the load hung
from falling.
If the hanging tool cannot be lifted or lowered through ordinary strain,
DO NOT INTERVENE BUT CONTACT THE AFTER-SALES ASSISTANCE SERVICE.
NOTE: the balancer stops even if the drum spring is fully discharged. To restore operating conditions, try to load the spring as outlined
in the "Balancer adjustment" paragraph. If the balancer does not release
DO NOT INTERVENE BUT CONTACT THE AFTER-SALES ASSISTANCE SERVICE.
