Deactivation
At the end of the work cycle, turn the knobs on the ap-
pliance to "zero".
N.B.!The appliance must be cleaned regularly and
every incrustation or food deposit removed. See
chapter "Maintenance".
The hob and/or cooking cavity must be empty when
cleaning the appliance.
N.B.! See:

"Prolonged deactivation".
Wait for the temperature of the cooking cavity to
cool off so that the operator is not burnt.
Check to make sure the drain piping has no
obstructions.
Open the door of the appliance and open the drain
valve (figure 6), let about half of the used liquid flow
out from the cooking cavity into the collection recipient
(figure 7).
Fill about half the recipient to handle it safely.
The capacity of the container is sufficient to hold all
the liquid present in the tank.
Keep an eye on the filling of the recipient. Once it is
filled halfway, shut the valve and remove the container
(figure 7).
empty the container in compliance with waste disposal
procedures in force in the country where the appliance is
used and reposition the emptied recipient in its housing.
Repeat the aforementioned operations until the cooking
cavity is empty.
