NOTE: The data transfer can last a few minutes
if the name database is large. A horizontal
bar will signal the data transfer in progress
status.
Transferring a name database from one call
module to another (or to a PC)
The terminal only is required to copy names from
one call module to another. Establish a logical
connection with the first module (the one from which
to copy the names). Select <Names> and then
<REP-TP>. The name database will be copied to
the terminal. At this point, it can be downloaded to
another call module or to the PC by changing the
terminal wire and using the DVOICE program.

Select <Add>. The following will appear:

Enter the name on up to two lines, 16 characters per
line, for a total of 32 characters. Press ↵. Enter the
call code (from "0" to "JJJJ") and the door opener
code associated to the name (numerical only, from 1
to 99999999; or 0 if no code is associated). Confirm
upon the prompt. Enter all the names required.
At this point, press <Esc> to return to the name
management menu.

Deleting/editing a name
Select <Delete> or <Edit> in the name management
menu. The following will be displayed:
Scroll the names to reach the name to be deleted/
edited.
IMPORTANT: Only the first 16 characters of the
name will be displayed when scrolling.
Locate the name required and stop without pressing
a key. The remaining 16 characters of the name
and the parameters associated to it will appear after
approximately three seconds. Press ↵ to delete and
confirm. Alternatively, edit as required, press ↵ and
confirm.
NOTE: The door opener code associated to a name
will automatically be deleted along with the
name.
LOCAL PROGRAMMING VIA KEYPAD
This method is an alternative to the method described
above. It can be used for minor editing operations,
e.g. adding, editing or deleting a single name.
Enter "00" followed by four digits. Press the
button. An error message will appear if the password
name
is wrong (see the paragraph on programming door
opener codes from keypad). Enter the correct
password. The following will appear on the display:
