PRODUCT PRESENTATION
This nut riveting machine allows rivets to be inserted
into metal plates, plastics, wood, fiberglass, etc. In ad-
dition, it is worth mentioning that it has a very flexible
design with its quick-change head.

OPERATION
1.
Adjust the riveting machine according to the size
of the nut you want to work with. Open the handle
as far as possible to put the nut on the shank.

Screw in the nut to be reamed (A). To rivet the
nut, insert it into the hole where you want to ins-
tall it and close the handles to rivet the nut. Tigh-
ten the riveter handle until the nut is completely
tightened. (B)

To remove the tool, unscrew the chuck from the
riveter.
USE OF THE SCALE
Open the handles of the riveting machine and put the
nut you need to work on the shank. When you close the
handles to force the nut on, the scale chart will indicate
millimeters.
If the line marks 6mm, the final size of the nut will be
6mm.

RIVET SCREW REPLACEMENT
1.
Use the wrench (included) to loosen the nut and
remove it.
