10. Maintenance
•
Seals must be checked for damage at regular intervals. We recommend doing this
weekly.
•
When used outdoors, the seal should be inspected at shorter intervals than when used
indoors.
•
Defective seals must be replaced promptly. If direct or indirect contact with food takes
place, exclusively the original seals from Otto Ganter GmbH & Co. KG may be used.
Only this way are the intended hygiene properties of the seal and the required material
prerequisites ensured (safe for contact with food).
IMPORTANT: The use of unsuitable materials will invalidate the corresponding certifi-
cates.
•
The seals on the foot plate and the spindle cannot be replaced. If one of these seals is
defective, the entire leveling foot must be replaced.
