hands wet, barefoot or while standing in water.
WARNING: The use of batteries of adequate capacity that are not sufficiently charged creates decreased pump
speed, reduced flow, and insufficient suction that may lead to the lack of suitable Diesel oil flow.
CHAPTER 5
Assembly and disassembly
The motor pump has no separate accessories and therefore does not require assembly.
The motor must be disassembled only and exclusively at authorized assistance centers or by qualified tech-ni-
cians.
CHAPTER 6
Mechanical risks
Risks created by extreme surrounding temperature.
Remember that excessively low temperature (-30ºC) can freeze the diesel oil inside the pump and that this can
cause serious damage to all parts of the motor pump.
Excessively high temperature (40ºC in the shade) can cause the sagging or dilatation of the unit's plastic parts. We
recommend fastening the unit in a well-ventilated area protected from direct sunlight.
CHAPTER 7
Maintenance and trouble shooting
7.1 Maintenance
Maintenance operations can be performed only after first disconnecting the power supply plug. The motor pump
does not require any special maintenance inside, and for this reason must never be disassembled. It is important
to keep the suction and delivery sections perfectly clean and free from all clogging.
7.2 Trouble Shooting
PROBLEMS
The pump fails to turn
Low pump flow
CAUSES
• No power supply
• Impeller jammed
• Motor malfunction
• Tank liquid level too low.
• By-pass valce jammed.
• Filter clogged.
• Air in the suction tube.
• Decreased pump rotation speed.
• Leakage of Diesel oil.
• The suction tube is resting on the
bottom of the tank.
• Excessive suction height.
